We enjoyed this as a refreshing afternoon snack. Trust me when I say it’s a green smoothie that tastes good, too.
Shamrock Shake Smoothie
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ avocado
- 3 tablespoons cocoa nibs (or chocolate chips)
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 10 mint leaves
- 2 cups milk
Optional add-ins:
- Protein powder
- Hemp seeds
- Chia seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until desired consistency. Serve immediately!
