Shamrock Shake Smoothie

Shamrock Shake Smoothie for two! A fun smoothie combination to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.

Fresh mint paired with cocoa nibs — think of it as mint chocolate chip smoothie. YUM! 

We enjoyed this as a refreshing afternoon snack. Trust me when I say it’s a green smoothie that tastes good, too.

Shamrock Shake Smoothie

Serves 2 


  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ avocado 
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa nibs (or chocolate chips)
  • 2 handfuls spinach 
  • 10 mint leaves 
  • 2 cups milk 

Optional add-ins: 

  • Protein powder 
  • Hemp seeds 
  • Chia seeds 


  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until desired consistency. Serve immediately!
