With only 4 ingredients, this Pumpkin Greek Yogurt Apple Dip takes minutes to whip up as a quick snack.
I love experimenting with seasonal ingredients to change up recipes. With fall officially upon us, this has looked like more pumpkin, squash, and apple (call me basic…I know).
Nothing beats a Honeycrisp apple as a snack! Are you with me? Now imagine that apple paired with pumpkin, cinnamon, yogurt, and crunchy almonds. It’s a satisfying snack combo that you’ll want to try ASAP.
Pumpkin Greek Yogurt Apple Dip
Ingredients
- ¾ cup 2% plain greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
- Apple slices, for serving
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, stir yogurt, pumpkin butter, and cinnamon until combined, smooth and creamy. Sprinkle slivered almonds on top.
- Serve with sliced apples.
Notes: Adjust toppings per taste preference. I used slivered almonds, but you could also try pumpkin seeds, chopped walnuts, or granola.
