peanut butter chocolate snack balls

Peanut Butter Chocolate Snack Balls

I consider myself a snacker and have ZERO shame in that.

There’s usually a point between meals where I notice myself getting distracted, thinking about food, and feeling like I could eat a snack.

Rather than ignoring these hunger cues, I recognize them as my body’s way of telling me that I need more fuel.

Having snacks available, like these Peanut Butter Chocolate Snack Balls, is an essential for me.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Snack Balls

If you’re looking for an easy to make snack to have on hand all week…this recipe is for you.

These Peanut Butter Chocolate Snack Balls are no-bake, minimal ingredients, made from pantry staples.

Not to mention, the combination of chocolate + peanut butter is a no brainer…delicious

  • 1 cup oats
  • ¼ cup flaxseed
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  1. Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
  2. Scoop 1 tablespoon of mixture into hands and roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining, rolling into even sized balls.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

If the mixture is not holding together, you can add more maple syrup or peanut butter. You can also swap honey or another nut butter if you don’t have these ingredients.
