
Morning Glow Smoothie Bowl
Anyone else a fan of smoothie bowls? The Morning Glow Smoothie Bowl was my first smoothie creation that I started making on repeat. Smoothies are versatile and easy to assemble when you have frozen fruit on hand!
Frozen mango gives this smoothie a tropical twist and masks the taste of spinach–trust me on this! Add your favorite toppers for a crunch or bright pop of color.
Morning Glow Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1-2 handfuls spinach
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ frozen banana
- ¼ avocado
- 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
Instructions
1.
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
2.
Blend on high speed, until desired consistency. Add more milk if needed.
3.
Transfer to bowl and add favorite toppings!
