I can’t get enough of this Green Citrus Smoothie. Previously, I shared why I love making smoothies all year round. One reason: to enjoy a variety of fruits and veggies.
This smoothie adds variety to my typical intake with a key ingredient, mango. Mangoes are a great source of vitamin C, one of the most popular nutrients for it’s immune-boosting benefits. Also, this smoothie contains other immune-boosting properties from ginger, spinach, + avocado!
As a result, the greens are “hidden” under the citrus flavor! If you’re looking for an immune-boosting, tasty green smoothie…look no further.

Everglow Green Citrus Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 green apple
- ½ cup frozen mango
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- ¼ avocado
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 inch knob of ginger
- ½ – 1 cup water or coconut water
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender. Adjust liquid to desired smoothie consistency. Add ice if you prefer a colder smoothie. Enjoy immediately!
