Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Dessert for two! I’ve been loving this Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding when I’m craving something sweet after dinner.

At first, I was afraid I wouldn’t like the texture of the chia seeds. To my surprise, I wasn’t phased by the texture at all. This recipe is…

  • Chocolatey
  • Creamy
  • Naturally Sweetened
  • Nutrient Dense

A dessert that’s nutrient-dense? Yes, you heard me right! The chia seeds give this recipe close to 8 g of fiber. And you know those studies that say chocolate is good for you? There’s some truth to that! Cocoa is rich in polyphenols, which are a type of antioxidant liked to reduced inflammation, lower blood pressure, and improved cholesterol.

Happy dessert-making time!
