These Chocolate Almond Butter Balls are no-bake, made with wholesome ingredients like oats and almond butter, and have a rich chocolatey taste from cocoa powder. 

It’s a simple recipe to make on the weekend and have stored in your fridge all week long!

  • ¼ cup almond butter, creamy
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder (I used 100% dark) 
  • ¾ cup oats
  • ¼ cup almond flour 
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ⅓ cup slivered almonds 
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon 
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt 


  1. In a medium bowl, add all ingredients: almond butter, cocoa powder, oats, almond flour, honey, slivered almonds, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until ingredients are well combined. 
  2. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a medium-size cookie scoop, scoop individual-sized balls of dough and transfer them to the prepared baking sheet. Makes 10-12 balls depending on the size of the cookie scoop. 
  3. Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and let sit for at least 15 minutes to set. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
