Calling all chocolate lovers! I think you are going to love these Chocolate Almond Butter Balls.
These Chocolate Almond Butter Balls are no-bake, made with wholesome ingredients like oats and almond butter, and have a rich chocolatey taste from cocoa powder.
It’s a simple recipe to make on the weekend and have stored in your fridge all week long!
Chocolate Almond Butter Balls
Ingredients
- ¼ cup almond butter, creamy
- ¼ cup cocoa powder (I used 100% dark)
- ¾ cup oats
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup honey
- ⅓ cup slivered almonds
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, add all ingredients: almond butter, cocoa powder, oats, almond flour, honey, slivered almonds, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until ingredients are well combined.
- Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a medium-size cookie scoop, scoop individual-sized balls of dough and transfer them to the prepared baking sheet. Makes 10-12 balls depending on the size of the cookie scoop.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and let sit for at least 15 minutes to set. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
