5 Ingredient Peanut Butter Jelly Smoothie

I can’t help but hear the song “PEANUT BUTTER JELLY TIMEEE” whenever I make this smoothie. 

This recipe was posted on my Instagram and Tik Tok feed last week, and I figured it was time to give it a home on the blog, too. 

Not only is this smoothie a pretty pink in color, but it tastes just like a PB&J in beverage form. Who doesn’t love a PB&J?

Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoons flaxseed
  • 1 cup milk of choice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Bled to desired consistency. Pour and enjoy! 

*I haven’t tried it yet, but I think a vanilla protein powder would be delicious in this smoothie.
